3. AI Processing

Your messages are sent to an AI service (OpenRouter / Google Gemini) to generate responses. The following data is transmitted:

• Your current message
• The last 10 messages of your conversation
• Your settings (form of address, gender)
• Your personal context (if provided)

The AI provider stores this data according to its own privacy policy. We have no control over their processing.

4. Storage

• Chat messages are stored in our database
• Location: All-Inkl.com servers (Germany)
• Duration: Until deletion by user or termination

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — What data is stored about you
• Deletion — Delete all your data (/reset or email)
• Rectification — Correct inaccurate data
• Data portability — Your data in machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — At any time for future processing
• Complaint — To the relevant supervisory authority

6. Deletion

To delete your data:

• Telegram: Send /reset
• Email: Write to bokajnev@gmail.com

Deletion permanently removes all stored messages, settings, and personal context.

7. Cookies

The website uses one cookie (mot_lang) for language selection. This cookie is technically necessary and contains no personal data. Duration: 30 days.

8. Third Parties

• Telegram — Message delivery (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai)
• OpenRouter / Google — AI processing (USA)
• Stripe — Payment processing (if Premium is used)
• All-Inkl.com — Hosting (Germany)

9. Minors

The service is intended for persons aged 16 and older. Persons under 16 may only use the service with parental consent.
